We take high-resolution, professional photos of your PV system. We guarantee that our photos will not be denied by the electric company, its engineers, or its review department for any of the following reasons:
- Poor picture quality / low resolution
- Picture blurriness
- Labels, stickers, or placards are illegible
- All panels not visible
- Panels can not be counted or seen clearly
- Incorrect image type or format
- Connection point not visible / readable
- Incorrect spec sheet for inverter(s) / micro-inverter(s)
- All disconnect switches not visible
- Can’t determine distance between meter and disconnect switch(es)
If there’s ever an issue with our photos, we retake them at NO ADDITIONAL COST to you.
We do our best to make sure that your PV System photos get approved. Unfortunately, not everything can be covered by our guarantee. We consider the following items to be out of our control and not part of our guarantee:
- Number of panels do not match the electrical diagram – one line, three line, etc.
- Our photographers and pilots will get high-res photos of your system. However, they are not engineers and aren’t responsible for the accuracy of your installed system versus your electrical diagram.
- Incorrect labels, stickers, or placards
- We are only responsible for taking photos that clearly show the stickers that are in place. We do not review them for accuracy or compare them against the electric company’s requirements.
- Missing labels, stickers, or placards
- Our field agents may, at their discretion, make you aware of missing stickers or obvious mistakes. However, we make no promise to such.
- Incorrect or faulty connection(s) to the meter or panel
- Meter enclosure being used as a raceway
- Any mistakes, inconsistencies, or issues regarding the electrical diagram – one line, three line, etc.
- Any issues with permits, permitting, or approvals from local inspectors
- Any issues regarding liability insurance documents for the homeowner
- Incorrect info on any equipment manufacturer’s spec sheet(s)
